The company has a clear and reasonable organizational structure, with each department having a clear division of labor while also collaborating with each other to jointly promote the steady development of the company. The highest management of the company is the General Manager, who takes overall charge of the company's overall operations and strategic planning, and is responsible for the company's development direction and major decisions. From the General Manager level, two core department systems are established, namely the Strategic Investment Department and the Supply Chain Collaborative Management Department. These two departments shoulder the important tasks of the company's strategic planning and resource allocation. They have multiple key subordinate departments:

Research and Development Department (R&D): Focused on the research and development of new products and technologies, it provides technical support for the company's product innovation and upgrading, serving as the core driving force for maintaining the company's market competitiveness.

Finance Department:Responsible for the company's financial management, including financial budgeting, fund management, financial accounting, tax planning, and other tasks, ensuring the rational operation of funds and the healthy and stable financial status of the company.  

Purchasing Department:Mainly responsible for the company's material procurement. Through effective communication and negotiation with suppliers, it ensures the timely supply and stable quality of materials while controlling procurement costs.  

Administration and Human Resources Department (Admin & HR): Undertakes the company's administrative management and human resource management. In terms of administration, it is responsible for daily office affairs, logistics support, etc.; in human resource management, it covers personnel recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee relationship management, etc., providing high-quality human resource support for the company.  

Marketing Department: Engages in market research, market analysis, and market promotion. By deeply understanding market demands and competitive dynamics, it formulates corresponding market strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and market share.  

Sales Department: Focused on product sales and customer expansion, it promotes the company's products to the market through effective sales strategies and marketing activities, achieves sales targets, and creates direct economic benefits for the company.  

Planning Department: Responsible for the company's overall planning and project planning, including formulating annual plans, event planning, brand building, etc., providing systematic planning and guidance for the company's development. The Supply Chain Coordination Management Department focuses on the efficient operation and collaborative management of the company's supply chain.  

Purchasing Department (continued):On the basis of ensuring material supply, it places greater emphasis on collaborative cooperation with upstream and downstream supply chain partners, optimizing procurement processes and improving supply chain response speed.  

Research and Development Department (R&D - continued):During the product development process, it fully considers supply chain feasibility and cost factors to ensure that products can be smoothly put into production and the market.  

Engineering Department: Responsible for the planning, design, construction, and management of the company's engineering projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of projects and compliance with quality standards, providing infrastructure support for the company's production and operations.  

Quality Department: Strictly controls product quality, formulates quality standards and inspection processes, and conducts quality testing and supervision of the production process and finished products to ensure that products meet market demands and customer requirements.  

PMC (Production and Material Control) Department: Responsible for formulating production plans and material control, coordinating relationships between production departments and other departments, ensuring the smooth execution of production plans, and achieving reasonable material inventory and efficient utilization.  

Domestic Sales Department: Focused on sales and customer expansion in the domestic market, it deeply understands the needs and characteristics of the domestic market, formulates targeted marketing strategies, and enhances the company's product share in the domestic market.  

International Sales Department: Responsible for the company's product expansion and sales in international markets, it pays attention to international market trends and trade policies, develops overseas customer resources, and enhances the company's international influence.

Marketing Department (continued): Conducts market research and analysis in both domestic and international markets, provides market information and strategic support for the sales departments, and participates in the company's international brand promotion and building.  

This organizational structure ensures that the company has professional departments responsible for all aspects, including strategic planning, resource allocation, product development, production operations, and market sales.
