Electroacoustic engineer

Job requirements

1. Development, maintenance, and optimization of product design quality standard system

2. Participate in new product project review meetings, formulate quality objectives, and provide quality risk warnings,

3. Participate in design review, confirm the consistency between the sample and the design,

4. Develop reliability testing requirements and acceptance criteria for samples, and confirm the final test results,

5. Effectively identify issues with the quality, design, structure, and process of the prototype and mold, and drive the project team to improve until closure,

6. Follow up on changes to sample issues and confirm the effectiveness of improvements,

7. Organize sound quality evaluation, project acceptance, project summary,

8. New material acceptance testing/report submission



Qualification

1. More than 3 years of professional speaker development experience

2. Professional training in the fields of acoustics, physics, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or related engineering

3. College degree or above

4. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, fact driven, and logical thinking ability

5. Has a sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and a work attitude of "doing" and result driven in a dynamic project environment

6. Familiar with acoustic testing and measurement systems, such as LMS, DASS, CLIO, Klippel, etc

7. Familiar with speaker components and manufacturing processes, able to solve problems on the production site

8. Proficient in using 2D/3D drawing software (such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo, etc.)
